L’azienda Agricola di Fietri offre uno dei più suggestivi e caratteristici ambienti della tradizione agricola italiana, nel cuore dell’area geografica di produzione del vino “Chianti Classico”, in posizione centrale tra le Provincie di Firenze, Arezzo e Siena. Rispetto ad altre realtà agricole che non conservano traccia delle antiche sistemazioni, i terreni di Fietri con le terrazze, i ciglioni, gli olivi, le viti e i boschi, mostrano il lavoro compiuto nei secoli per ricavare i terreni da cui ottenere le risorse necessarie per vivere. L’azienda ha rinnovato tutti i vigneti aziendali arrivando alla superficie di 10 ettari, con particolare attenzione alle caratteristiche dei nuovi impianti, in funzione della produzione di vini di elevata qualità; con la nuova cantina, completata nel 2006, ha iniziato a produrre e imbottigliare direttamente il proprio vino.

The Fietri estate offers one of the most charming and characteristic settings in the Italian wine making tradition, centrally located between the provinces of Florence, Arezzo and Siena in the heart of the “Chianti Classico” wine production region. While other farms have not kept touch with the traditional systems, the Fietri land, with its ridged terraces, olive groves, vineyards and forests, preserves the work done over the centuries to reclaim terrain for the obtaining of resources needed to live. While respecting the tradition, the estate has renovated all its vineyards, bringing them to a total of 10 hectares, and has introduced, with particular care to the setting, new systems for the production of high quality wines. With the completion of the new wine-making facilities in 2006, the winery has begun the production and bottling of its wines completely in house.
